This villa is newly built, with everything you need to enjoy a house where we also care about the environment, the house has dual electricity, solar panels and the network if necessary but only if necessary.
The interior of the house has 1 floor plus the attic, on the ground floor is the living room-kitchen-dining room with open spaces and great light, this area has an air conditioning unit, new furniture with all the appliances necessary for use. and enjoy, 2 bedrooms, one with a 150cm bed and the other with 2 105cm beds (both with built-in wardrobes and heated by a hot/cold pump), 1 full bathroom with shower.
In the attic there are the other 2 90cm beds and a complete bathroom with a shower as well. This area is independent and remains closed if the rental is for 4 or fewer people and will only open for 5 or more people.
Outside the house there is space to park 3 vehicles, a large front porch with furniture, a covered barbecue area ideal both in summer to protect yourself from the sun and in winter to avoid getting wet if it rains while enjoying a good barbecue, it also has tea table in the south-west area of the house where the afternoon becomes appetizing for a good tea or coffee in the shade or simply reading a book enjoying the evening breeze.

El Gastor is a municipality and town in Spain, located in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia. Its municipal area limits to the north with Algodonales, to the south with Grazalema, to the east with Montecorto (Málaga) and to the west with Zahara de la Sierra. With an altitude of 590 meters and 131 kilometers from the provincial capital, Cádiz, it is part of the White Villages Route and is located in a natural environment between the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park and the countryside.
With a population of around 1,726 inhabitants, El Gastor is known as the "balcony of the White Villages" and is the last town in the Sierra de Cádiz that borders the Ronda mountain range, associated with the story of the famous bandit José María 'El Tempranillo'.
The most important festival in El Gastor is Corpus Christi, which has been celebrated since 1747 and has been declared of Tourist Interest in Andalusia.
