Villa Atienza is on the outskirts of the town of El Gastor, with a private pool, 2 bedrooms plus attic, 2 bathrooms, porch, barbecue area and with beautiful views of the reservoir. Zahara-El Gastor.
This villa is newly built, with everything you need to enjoy a house where we also care about the environment, the house has dual electricity, solar panels and the network if necessary but only if necessary.
The interior of the house has 1 floor plus the attic, on the ground floor is the living room-kitchen-dining room with open spaces and great light, this area has an air conditioning unit, new furniture with all the appliances necessary for use. and enjoy, 2 bedrooms, one with a 150cm bed and the other with 2 105cm beds (both with built-in wardrobes and heated by a hot/cold pump), 1 full bathroom with shower.
In the attic there are the other 2 90cm beds and a complete bathroom with a shower as well. This area is independent and remains closed if the rental is for 4 or fewer people and will only open for 5 or more people.
Outside the house there is space to park 3 vehicles, a large front porch with furniture, a covered barbecue area ideal both in summer to protect yourself from the sun and in winter to avoid getting wet if it rains while enjoying a good barbecue, it also has tea table in the south-west area of the house where the afternoon becomes appetizing for a good tea or coffee in the shade or simply reading a book enjoying the evening breeze.

Its municipal area limits to the north with Algodonales, to the south with Grazalema, to the east with Montecorto (Málaga) and to the west with Zahara de la Sierra. With an altitude of 590 meters and 131 kilometers from the provincial capital, Cádiz, it is part of the White Villages Route and is located in a natural environment between the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park and the countryside.

The most important festival in El Gastor is Corpus Christi, which has been celebrated since 1747 and has been declared of Tourist Interest in Andalusia. Hemos tenido una semana estupenda, la casa es muy acogedora y super limpia, tiene todo lo necesario. Lo mejor sin duda son las vistas y la tranquilidad del lugar, lo recomiendo si lo que quieres es desconectar y pasar unos días en familia.
Sin duda repetiremos la experiencia.

Todo iba bien hasta la hora de salir.. La casera Ana llega a la propiedad junto con otras 3 perdonas, más de media hora antes de la hora de salida, sin avisar y empiezan a limpiar la área exterior.. A las 12 y punto nos dice que es hora de irnos. Somos una pareja con un bebé y un perro, este tipo de presión y prisa después de pagar y cumplir todas las reglas de la casa nos ha dejado muy decepcionados. Es misma última mañana la presión del agua era mínima.. Coincidencia? Quizá no, así que no recomendamos este sitio si queréis el respecto que merecéis. Hay muchas otras opciones. En todos estos años alquilando casas de verano jamás nos ha pasado esto y siempre hemos sido huéspedes ejemplares. Una pena y quedamos sin ganas de volver a utilizar esta página para encontrar casas de campo.
Fin de semana increíble, la casa es espectacular, como las vistas, y el sitio muy tranquilo. Esperamos volver, un saludo a Ana por su atención.

Ha sido una estancia estupenda, la casa muy nueva y moderna, no le falta un detalle, sitio muy tranquilo y acogedor, Ana, la señora que nos recibió, es encantadora...lo recomiendo 100%
La casa está muy bien amueblada con todo lo esencial y todo estaba muy limpio.
La piscina, los muebles de la terraza y la barbacoa también estaban muy limpios.
La ubicación es fantástica y tiene una gran vista desde la terraza.
Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y serviciales y nos encantaría volver a Villa Atienza.
Como sugerencia de mejora, se podría poner una mesa de centro baja, la mesa es relativamente alta para los sofás bajos y por lo tanto sólo se puede ver la televisión "incómodamente". Pero no estaba mal, es solo una sugerencia :-)
Hemos estado muy agusto en la casa. Los abuelos han disfrutado mucho del paisaje y viaje.
Estancia de 10, casa preciosa, muy limpia. Entorno impresionte. Fuimos 5 personas y pasamos un fin de año espectacular. Para repetir sin duda!! Por poner alguna sugerencia no estaría de mas otro sillon en la zona de la televisión, pero todo de 10

Todo muy bien, lo único que no nos ha gustado es que fueran los dueños al mantenimiento de la piscina sin avisar,creo que por tres días no es necesario mantenimiento ninguno,por lo demás todo genial.
