A security camera has been installed in the entrance area of the parking lot that does not affect the use area of the house or the pool area.

#1002. Decepcionante
Al llegar nos comunican que la Barbacoa no se puede utilizar, a pesar de que la casa no esta en terreno forestal. Esta circunstancia se debería avisar al reflejar las características de la casa.
El agua de la piscina tenia el PH por las nubes, lo cual producía picor de ojos y piel seca. No nos comunicaron esa deficiencia al llegar. Intentaron solucionarlo pero en la semana que estuvimos no se soluciono. La casa es muy calurosa y los aires acondicionados producen mucho ruido. Solo nos facilitaron una muda de cama y toallas para una semana. Lo considero escaso...El resto del equipamiento esta bien.

Casa muy bonita, dueños súper amables y super competentes, hemos vuelto muy contentos...mi padre tiene movilidad reducida....y por x motivo al llegar a la casa vimos que tenía un escalón grande para entrar ....el señor de la casa lo soluciono en menos de media hora buscando como pudo una rampla, que finalmente quedó estupenda ...mejor imposible y todos contentos!!! Los recomiendo 100%%

Acabamos de llegar de nuestras vacaciones y hemos estado muy cómodos en el Villar.
La casa está perfecta, todo nuevo y muy bien decorada. Cerca de la carretera principal, eso es importante.
Inma pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites. La piscina espectacular.

Tanto los enseres como la casa, estaban muy limpios y nuevos. Buena distribución de la parcela, porche, piscina, etc.
Sugerencia: más iluminación en la zona de barbacoa.

#650. Una estancia perfecta
La casa está muy limpia con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y un buen menaje. Un comedor espacioso y unas habitaciones con unas camas muy cómodas en ellas habia aire acondicionado. La limpieza de la casa fue perfecta y el exterior muy bien cuidado. La piscina ideal para los días de calor. Unas vistas espectaculares. En general una estancia maravillosa. Sin duda 100% recomendable.

Casa estupenda, amplia, muy limpia, todo nuevo, en un maravillosa parcela de almendros, piscina de agua salada en un jardín de ensueño, todo perfecto y de diez.
Los dueños encantadores. Pasamos unos días estupendos de tranquilidad y largos paseos por el campo. Se me olvidaban las vistas desde la casa son de escándalo, precioso. Lo recomendamos totalmente.

El Villar es una casa estupenda, con todas las comodidades tanto el exterior como el interior. Tanto la casa como el mobiliario son nuevos y todo esta decorado con mucho gusto. La limpieza es impecable. Y también es destacable la piscina limpísima y la estupenda barbacoa.
