The 'Hacienda Molino Nuevo' is an old oil mill from the 18th century renovated by the owner who is the 4th generation to receive it as an inheritance from mother to daughter. Located at the top of a hill, it has unbeatable views of the olive grove that surrounds it and the natural environment of the Guadalete River valley. It is located just 2km from Algodonales.
It consists of 10 suite rooms with their corresponding private bathrooms, all with hot/cold air conditioning, with capacity for 20 people plus 4 extra places, private parking, garden, swimming pool with bar and barbecue, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, Italian coffee maker , oven, dishwasher... In all rooms there are sheets and towels, gel and shampoo in the bathrooms. It also has a central patio surrounded by the entire construction, with plenty of space and views of the olive grove, where family events can be held with up to 250 guests, but only accommodation for 20. It is not rented by rooms, only the entire hacienda, Smoking is not allowed inside, pets are allowed, firewood or charcoal for the barbecue is at the client's expense, and at the end of the stay it is mandatory to take away the trash generated.
