Casa Los Garabitos for 8 people is a rural house on the outskirts of Ronda on a private estate of 11,000 square meters, equipped with abundant trees, including olive trees, cypresses, fruit trees, palm trees and centuries-old oaks, as well as oleanders and several garden areas.
The accommodation is located in the region of Llano de la Cruz y los Frontones (one of the most emblematic places around Ronda) with excellent views and a perfect place to rest.
On the farm, a specific area is being shaped to have a place to house a couple of horses, in case you want to come with them.
The restoration of the house has been carried out respecting traditional materials and structures and with this a cozy home has been created, where the simple but basic and comfortable furniture combines with a kitchen and bathrooms that are well equipped.
The entrance to the house is a covered porch, from which you can see the pool area and the surrounding gardens.
In the distance you can see the hills of the Ronda mountain range, all from a single floor.

The house has capacity for 7 people distributed in three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with 2 90cm beds and the third with 3 90cm beds, all of them with quality mattresses for a perfect rest, living room with fireplace, DVD, Wi-Fi, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms, front porch and summer kitchen with covered barbecue, as well as a bathroom and solarium area with a private and fenced pool for the safety of children.
Due to its geographical location, the farm is 2 hours from Seville, 1.40 minutes from Córdoba, 1.30 minutes from Malaga airport and just 45 minutes from Marbella by car.

The house has heating radiators and is fully equipped with kitchenware, bed and bathroom linens, without a doubt a perfect location to enjoy tranquility and rest.

The amount returned to the customer will depend on following circumstances:

100% of the booking fee minus the management fee (10€) If cancelled with + 60 days prior to the arrival date.

If cancelled within the 59 days prior to arrival at the house, the amount paid as a reservation will not be refunded and will be as compensation to the owner.

No excuse or personal circumstance will be taken into account, even if justified.

There will be no refund of any amount delivered once accommodated in the accommodation and being in it decided to leave before the departure date contracted without justified reason or serious problem in the accommodation.
